The dynamic range of this workshop is best suited to dancers who have strong modern technique, strong rhythmic sensibilities and dynamism. Beyond simply learning the set choreography, the class will introduce dancers to The Kaleidoscope Approach; a unique approach to improvisation framed by jazz music form. About Sheron Wray:Sheron Wray has danced with the UK's leading contemporary dance companies - Rambert Dance Company and London Contemporary Dance Theate. In 1992, Wray formed JazzXchange Music and Dance Company, creating, improvising, and performing with musicians including Wynton Marsalis, Byron Wallen, Julian Joseph and Bobby McFerrin. Wray is the custodian of Dudley's Harmonica Breakdown and has performed the peice both on stage and in films. In addition to dance, Wray also works as a director and is currently directing a new physical theater work, Muhammad Ali and Me by Mojisola Adebayo.

John Gray - in the interview on this CD, the author of Men are From Mars, Women are from Venus covers the themes of self belief, personal journey, sharing and health. Dr Stephen R Covey - this is a CD of an interview with the author of The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and The Eight Habit: From Effectiveness to Greatness. Themes covered include: using your passion to overcome fear; self empowerment; accepting responsibility, and, thinking outside of your job and inside of your circle of influence. Neale Donald Walsch - on this CD containing an interview with the author of Conversations with God, as well as inter-personal relationships themes covered include self development through spirituality, and, living your passion.
