Agile Leaders

The Agile Leaders Challenge is a professional development programme for dance and creative media professionals led by a consortium including ADAD, East London Dance and Ochee Design. In January, the programme kicked off with a weekend intensive. We whisked our group of 14 participants away to Highgate House in Northamptonshire for two and a half days of training, creative collaboration and really good food. The weekend included sessions on reflective learning, creative collaboration and innovation, led by a stellar team of trainers including Anamaria Wills (CIDA), Gaylene Gould (WriteTalkListen) and independent consultant, Theresa Beattie.

Over the next few months, the Agile Leaders will work in 4 teams to develop exciting new creative ideas, which will be showcased at Stratford Circus on May 26th, 2011. Agile Leaders is supported by the Cultural Leadership Programme’s Meeting the Challenge scheme.
